Meet the Feed2Succeed
Founders
I’m Caroline Raquel, the founder and CEO of Feed2Succeed Fund. I started this organization to help more children—especially in underserved communities—access quality education, while also exploring and celebrating my Filipino roots. For me, this work is about more than just access; it’s about building a sense of community, identity, and belonging through learning.
I’ve always been passionate about using technology and innovation to make a real difference in people’s lives. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s M&T Program in 2020 with degrees in Bioengineering and Finance. Since then, I’ve worked across healthcare and innovation at places like KPMG’s Innovation Lab, Click Therapeutics, and Twentyeight Health.
I’m currently based in NYC, where I’m focused on growing Feed2Succeed Fund and spend my time trying new restaurants and watching as many Broadway shows as I can.
My name is Carmina Raquel, one of the co-founders of Feed2Succeed. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Life Sciences & Management Program in 2022, with degrees in Finance from The Wharton School and Biology from the College of Arts & Sciences. Now based in New York City, I worked in banking for two years at MUFG with Tiffany and now do strategy at a healthtech company called Verse Medical.
I’m excited to be able to continue leading Feed2Succeed to ensure students in underserved communities in the Philippines can access nutritional meals and healthcare services. Working with Feed2Succeed has taught me that real change can start with anyone at any age, especially when done with empathy, teamwork, and dedication. I am so appreciative of this opportunity to give back to the community and culture so close to my family, and I am so thankful for all of the support our family, friends, donors and volunteers have dedicated to Feed2Suceed.
My name is Juliana Fong, and I attend Stanford University. I was elected as the Chair of the City of South Pasadena Youth Commission and the Head Captain of my high school’s speech and debate team. I continue to use my advocacy skills to speak up at City Council meetings and make change. I am particularly fascinated by health policy issues and have authored an article on hunger and food insecurity that was published in YM2 Young Mensan Magazine.
Additionally, I was appointed as the leader of my high school’s Filipinx club, which allowed me to fully embrace my Filipinx heritage and give back to my community. When I first visited the Philippines, I was astonished to see so many malnourished children living without adequate food or shelter, and I wanted to make it my mission to offer aid in any way that I could. Thus, as an Executive Board Member and Chapter Founder of Feed2Succeed, I am excited to play an active role in helping those in need.

I'm Tiffany Sato, the Co-Founder and CFO of Feed2Succeed Fund. I started this organization with two of my lifelong friends as a way to give back to the AAPI community that has shaped so much of who I am. I'm deeply passionate about service and committed to helping however I can. We do this work because we believe that access to food and education should never be a privilege, it should be a right.
I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2020 with degrees in Human and Organizational Development and Medicine, Health and Society, along with minors in Business and Special Education. After college, I worked for three years at MUFG in finance and healthcare banking before pivoting to law school.
Currently, I'm in my second year at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where I'm preparing for a career in corporate law. I bring my background in finance, my passion for equity, and a deep sense of purpose to everything I do—especially to our work at Feed2Succeed.
